The owner of the property, Kim, has been in the real estate arena since 2002. She and her Assistant, with years of experience and education in the Hospitality industry, have experience with both long-term and short-term rental management and Grande Partei, LLC offers both.

Kim has over 24 years in environmental and general construction. She has supervised construction crews, including crane and heavy equipment operation, hazmat operations, project management with a strong background in accounting, administration, sales, and overall general management and operations. She has been involved with the developing field of building materials since the early 2000s and has a passion for staging her own short and extended stay rentals.

In the very near future, Kim plans on obtaining grants for affordable housing projects on the Island of Oahu as well as through her sister non-profit organization to reach humanitarian effort objectives for the next decade and into the future.

Kim and her Assistant started the Aloha Jigsaw Foundation a month after the Maui fires that devastated Lahaina and many parts of Kula. They and another public figure of near pure Hawaiian Ancestry with lineage in the surf network, have embarked on 501C3 statusfoundation to use cash donations towards the rebuild, for the people of Lahaina and Kula. If you decide to stay at one of our locations, including Colorado (Cabin Del Sol) please let us know how much you like to contribute to the efforts for Maui. Kim's mother's family extends hundreds of years ago in the Olowalu and Lahaina districts.

All rental sites and links are located on the site herein. We have a lovely mountain chalet that is 11,200ft on the backside of Blue River. It is typically booked solid in both the summer and winter seasons. Special rates for Spring and Fall for all properties are available, please contact for info.
